London: So, Tulisa Contostavlos recently opened up about her time on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! during a chat on Paul C Brunson’s podcast. She talked about how the cameras didn’t catch her dealing with some serious anxiety attacks and night terrors while in the jungle.

She mentioned that for the first few days, she was waking up in a panic and feeling really anxious. Tulisa said, “I had night terrors for the first four days.” It wasn’t all fun and games for her, even if she tried to keep a brave face.

She explained how she wanted to be strong and not come off as a “hot mess.” When faced with challenges, she’d put on a tough exterior, but inside, she was struggling. “I might sit and cry under the sleeping bag,” she admitted, showing that it was a tough experience.

Talking about her anxiety, she recalled a moment when she had to step away to calm down. “I went to the smoking area to deal with it,” she said, trying to keep her heart rate down. It was a real battle for her, but she was determined to stick it out.

Tulisa also shared that she often needed to take breaks from the camp. Being an introvert, she felt overwhelmed by all the people around her. “I spent 90% of my time alone,” she said, explaining how she would sneak off for some quiet time.

After leaving the jungle, she felt a bit overwhelmed and needed to process everything. She even deleted her jungle posts from social media, wanting to take a step back. “I came out, I processed, I was feeling the way I was feeling,” she said, reflecting on her experience.

She also touched on her struggles with depression during the pandemic, especially when her dog got sick. It’s clear that Tulisa has been through a lot, but she’s working on taking care of herself and finding her way back.
