London: Shooters Hill College is closed again after a serious incident involving a year 12 student. An 18-year-old boy was stabbed outside the college on January 6, around 4:20 PM.

He was quickly taken to the hospital and is currently in a life-threatening condition. The college announced on its website that it would remain closed to students on January 8.

They advised students with exams to still come in, as those would proceed as planned. Parents were notified that students would be studying from home during the closure.

One parent expressed their fear, saying it’s terrifying to hear about such violence so close to home. Another local mentioned seeing a heavy police presence after the incident, which was quite alarming.

Abdou, a long-time resident, shared that he’s not shocked by the stabbing. He noted that the area can get chaotic with students around, and fights are not uncommon.

As of now, police have not made any arrests related to the stabbing, and they are investigating the situation. They’ve also stated that this incident is not connected to a separate fatal attack that occurred the following day.

If anyone has information, they’re encouraged to contact the police with the reference number provided.
