South Norwood: A woman was rushed to the hospital after a hit and run crash. It all went down early this morning on Portland Road, around 8 AM.
Emergency services jumped into action, with police, ambulance, and fire crews all showing up to help. They found a 25-year-old woman who needed medical attention.
Unfortunately, the folks in the other car took off before the police got there. So, it’s a bit of a mystery what happened on their end.
Because of the crash, several roads are closed while emergency teams handle the situation. If anyone saw anything, the police are asking you to give them a call with the reference number.
