Richmond really shines with its great schools and parks. It scored an impressive 80% for GP satisfaction, and a third of its schools got an Outstanding rating from Ofsted.
There are 12 outstanding schools in the area, including eight primary schools and a couple of secondary ones. Deer Park School and Grey Court School are among the top-rated ones.
Now, Richmond isn’t cheap. The average house price is around £748,000, making it one of the priciest spots in south London. But it’s got that countryside vibe while being just 30 minutes from the city center.
