Notting Hill: Remember that iconic scene from Love Actually? Well, the charming mews house where it all happened is now available for rent. It’s listed at a whopping £15,200 a month!

This spot has become a real hotspot for fans since the movie came out in 2003. People flock to take selfies in front of Juliet’s pink house, and it’s become quite the tourist attraction. The locals even had to make a funny video to keep the crowds away from their homes.

One homeowner shared how they had no clue their house was in the film when they bought it. Now, they’re living in a mini theme park with tourists popping in for a look. They even asked visitors to donate to a homeless charity, which is pretty cool.

Property values on St Luke’s Mews have skyrocketed since the film’s release. In 2022, the average price was around £3 million, a huge jump from £740,000 back in 2002. Only 28 homes have sold there since the movie came out!

Now, this three-bedroom mews house is up for grabs. It’s got that classic white wall and wooden floor vibe, just like in the movie. The open-plan kitchen and living area lead to a cozy courtyard garden, and the kitchen is decked out with fancy features like underfloor heating.

Upstairs, you’ll find more living space, including a lovely office and a roof terrace. It’s all furnished and ready for a short let, with bills included. The agents are really pushing the “iconic” angle, saying it’s a beautifully refurbished home perfect for living and entertaining.

Last year, another mews house on the same street was listed for £2.75 million, and another stylish one went for £11,917 a month. It’s clear that St Luke’s Mews is the place to be if you want a slice of that Love Actually magic!
