As of around 3 PM on Thursday, there were over 10,800 complaints on DownDetector UK. Most of these were about not being able to make calls, while a few mentioned issues with the internet and signal.
People from places like Glasgow, London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester are feeling the pain. One user said they hadn’t been able to make a voice call for almost two hours, even though their phone showed full bars. Talk about annoying!
Another person chimed in, saying they couldn’t make calls in the East Midlands since lunchtime, and their internet was barely working. It’s like a double whammy!
But not everyone is having a tough time. One user mentioned their partner couldn’t make outgoing calls but could still use WhatsApp on 4G. So, it’s a mixed bag out there!
