London: So, have you heard about the latest Gen Z slang? It’s wild! A study from JD Sports shows that terms like sigma, aura, and Skibidi are blowing up in the UK.

Apparently, sigma is the top dog right now, with tons of searches. It’s all about that lone wolf vibe. Then there’s aura, which is all about charisma, and Skibidi, thanks to that viral YouTube show.

London is dubbed the “brat capital” with loads of searches for bratitude. It’s a term made popular by Charli xcx, meaning messy and party-loving. A brat summer or winter? Just living your best life!

Other cities are getting in on the action too. Belfast is all about sigma, while Birmingham leads for aura. And Bristol? They’re obsessed with Skibidi!

Some slang is really taking off. Rizz, which means charisma, has skyrocketed in popularity. Brainrot, a term for when you binge too much content, is also on the rise.

Even dictionaries are catching on! Collins named brat their word of the year, while Oxford went with brainrot. It’s clear that Gen Z is shaping the language landscape.

As we look ahead, I bet ball knowledge will be the next big thing in 2025. Just wait and see!
