Dartford: A dog rescue centre is in a tough spot. The kennels are up for sale, and they need to raise over £1.7 million to keep going.

South East Dog Rescue & Rehabilitation, started by Kymm White back in 2009, has been a safe haven for abandoned dogs. They’ve done amazing work, but now they’re facing a real challenge.

Kymm shared her feelings, saying she’s poured her heart and soul into this rescue for over 16 years. It’s heartbreaking to think it could all be lost.

The kennels are described as the “heart” of the rescue, and with plans for warehouses on the site, they’re in a race against time.

To secure their future, they’ve launched a fundraiser aiming for that hefty £1.7 million. So far, they’ve managed to raise about £29,838, but they’ve got a long way to go.

Kymm emphasized the urgency on their website, stating they need to find a new home for the dogs or risk losing everything they’ve built.

She’s determined, though, and isn’t ready to give up. The future of these dogs is worth fighting for, and she believes they can make it happen.
