Clapham: A man with a troubling past has been sentenced again for his creepy behavior. Aaron Black, 37, has 23 convictions for sexual offenses and was caught hiding in Clapham Common.

He jumped out at a woman coming home from a night out, aggressively masturbating while staring at her. It’s just awful. The woman was understandably terrified.

Black has been at this for years, with a history of similar incidents since 2010. He’s been in trouble for exposure, sexual assault, and breaching orders meant to keep him away from women.

Most of his offenses happened at bus stops and parks around London. He even claimed this latest incident was just a “slip” and insisted he sees women as his sisters now. Yeah, right.

In court, the victim shared how scary the whole thing was. She froze when he started his disgusting act, and it only stopped when her bus arrived. She even managed to snap a photo of him before getting on the bus.

Black’s history is long and troubling. He was jailed before for similar offenses and had been banned from certain parks. But he broke that order by entering Clapham Common.

After hearing all this, the judge decided he needed to be locked up for two years to protect the public. Black tried to defend himself, saying he’s been improving and feels sorry for his actions. But honestly, it’s hard to believe him.
