London: Coleen Rooney recently opened up about how much she loves having Wayne back at home after his time as Plymouth manager. It’s been a bit of a whirlwind for them, but his return has really helped balance their busy family life.

With Wayne home, they can share the school run, which is a big deal for Coleen. She mentioned that it allows her to squeeze in some gym time. “Wayne will do the school run, and I’ll get an early gym session in,” she said.

With four boys—Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass—the mornings can get pretty wild. Coleen juggles breakfast and getting everyone ready for school. “It’s four different breakfasts,” she explained, laughing about how fussy the boys can be.

Even with the chaos, Coleen makes sure to fit in her fitness routine. She’s got a quirky way of doing it, too. “I do squats in the shower every morning,” she shared. It’s her little moment to get some exercise in, even if the kids are watching.

At the launch of her new range with Applied Nutrition, she talked about how supportive Wayne has been. They even tried out her sleeping supplement together. “We were comparing flavors,” she said, smiling.

Wayne showed up to support her at the launch event, which was great to see. It’s clear they’re a team, balancing family life and their careers together.
