London: Chelsea has officially sold their talented young goalkeeper, Kai Crampton, to Bournemouth. The kid’s turning 18 soon and is super excited to kick off his career after coming up through Chelsea’s youth system.
Crampton’s been making waves, even getting some recognition as one of the top academy talents in London. He’s played for England at various youth levels, which is pretty impressive. Last season, he got some senior experience on loan at Concord Rangers and helped Chelsea win the Under-17 Premier League Cup Final.
Now, he’s ready for a fresh start at Bournemouth. He mentioned he’s thrilled to join the Cherries and sees it as a great opportunity to get plenty of playing time. He’s also looking forward to showing the coaches what he can do.
Interestingly, he’ll be teaming up again with Kepa Arrizabalaga, who’s on loan from Chelsea. It’s nice to see familiar faces as he settles in. This move marks Chelsea’s second transfer this window, following the recall of Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors.
