Blake Lively claims Justin Baldoni sexually harassed her during filming, leading to a retaliatory PR campaign against her
Los Angeles: So, Blake Lively has come forward with some pretty serious accusations against Justin Baldoni. She claims he sexually harassed her while they were filming It Ends With Us. It gets even wilder, as she alleges he then launched a whole PR campaign to smear her reputation when things started to heat up.
According to court documents, Lively says Baldoni did some really inappropriate stuff on set. For instance, he allegedly bit her lip during a scene and even barged into her trailer while she was breastfeeding. Can you believe that? He also supposedly tried to talk to her about porn and brought a friend to play a doctor in a birth scene where she was pressured to go nude.
It doesn’t stop there. Lively claims Baldoni had a plan to ruin her public image, backed by a millionaire investor. She says he used his resources to manipulate the media against her. His legal team, of course, denies all these allegations.
In her lawsuit, Lively describes Baldoni’s behavior as invasive and unprofessional. He even improvised a kissing scene without her consent, which sounds super uncomfortable. And get this—he allegedly told her he could talk to dead people and claimed to have spoken to her late father. That’s just bizarre.
There was also a car ride where he hinted at having non-consensual encounters with a past partner. After that, her driver warned her not to be alone with him again. Yikes! Lively says Baldoni kept pushing for scenes where she simulated orgasm, which she found totally invasive.
On the day of a birth scene, he insisted she be mostly nude, claiming it was realistic. He even brought his friend to play the doctor, which made her feel super uncomfortable. And to top it off, a co-producer allegedly tried to show her a video of a naked woman, saying it was his wife giving birth. Talk about crossing the line!
In her filing, Lively mentions that Baldoni and his team hired a crisis PR expert to manage his image while trying to damage hers. They even discussed planting stories to make her look bad. Lively hopes that by taking legal action, she can expose these tactics and protect others who might face similar situations.
