Bexleyheath: The Bexleyheath BID is inviting everyone to get into the holiday spirit by becoming an elf for a fun photo op.

The popular “Come as Yourself, Leave as an Elf” event is back on December 23. Just remember to book ahead on the Bexleyheath BID website if you want to join in on the free fun.

You’ll kick things off at the elves’ workshop near Cafe Nero in the Bexleyheath Broadway shopping centre, where you can grab an Elf Service form.

Next, you’ll visit different elf stations to learn all the cool tricks to become a real elf helper.

If you hit all four stops, you’ll get to step into the elves’ workshop for a special photo to show off your new look.

These photos will be available for download on the Broadway and Bexleyheath Town Centre Facebook pages.

While you’re there, don’t miss the Festive Market, which is open daily until Christmas Eve.

The market has tons of food and gift stalls, so there’s something for everyone. Foodies can dig into bratwurst, Yorkshire pudding wraps, noodles, churros, and more.

And if you have a sweet tooth, there are German cakes and luxury chocolates waiting for you.

For those on the hunt for Christmas gifts, the market offers cheeses, artisan products, and other festive treats.

The elf event runs from 1:30 PM to 3 PM on December 23, but the festive market will keep going every day.

These events are put together by Bexleyheath BID, a group formed in 2011 by local businesses to improve the area and support the community.
